Daylesford Vinnies

A few weeks ago I called into the lovely Vinnies store in Daylesford... I managed to pick up this pair of Witchery cargo pants with a gathered ankle for only $6 or $7! Apologies for the terrible pic!

A bit out of the way for most Melbourne readers, but the store is worth a look in if you happen to be in the area.

Hi Jac, sorry to hear you have been so ill - hope you have recovered from whatever you had wrong...was it that awful cold virus that is doing the rounds? My hubby has had it for nearly a month, and is on his FOURTH lot of antibiotics : - (
I'd love to go to Daylesford one day - I've heard they have the best antique and craft shops up there.

Thanks Gina... unfortunately it was a virus.. not fun at all :( I'm feeling a bit better now but have missed so much running training I'm going to be pushing it to do the half marathon for Run Melbourne! :S
Daylesford is lovely, definitely go there for a weekend trip though. Too much to squeeze into a day if you haven't been before! The food, wineries, markets and little shops are just so nice! The Ellender estate winery is particularly amazing. There's another op shop in the main street which I think is Vinnies affiliated, and it is a treasure trove of trinkets and more antiques than they're regular 'Vinnies' store at the other end of the street.

Great find. They look like they would be very comfortable.
