Op Shop Closure

Unfortunately, the Fairfield SPACE / St Paul's op shop has closed.  It's the one in the church building on Station Street in Fairfield.  Thanks for everyone who has supported the shop over the years.

I do not know this shop but it is sad when I read about op shops operating out of church buildings closing. These little shops where you can rummage around and prices are kept low are 'gifts from heaven'. The other larger charities are now big business and retail outlets in their own right. This is a far cry from small church based shops.

IT IS A SAD DAY and I am sure the shop and its volunteers will be missed.
